Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Legislative Pre-Summit for the county shall serve as a vital platform to promote the inclusion and active participation of PWDs in governance, policymaking, and legislative processes at the county level. It emphasizes the rights, needs, and contributions of PWDs in the development agenda.
